UEAA Dragon Boat Academy
Where team work, leadership and community service come together!
United East Athletics Association began competing in the 2000 Hong Kong Dragon Boat Competition with only an open team. The team has grown dramatically over the years. We accept members from a range of ages and ability and require a strong commitment to dragon boat and pushing oneself to new limits.
Practices are held every Sunday. We meet at the World Fair Marina located behind Citifield Stadium which is accessible via car or public transportation on the 7 train to Willets Point. If you’re interested in learning a new sport (or picking up where you left off!), meeting fun people, and competing in this summer’s NY-HK Dragon Boat Festival (and beyond!) please attend one of our practices!
